Sunday was the first run through of all the 20 choreographies back to back. Right before throwing ourselves into it, we decided, since the whole cast was together for the first time, to shoot a little promo video...

Only one month to go! It is time for the big reveal… Our MC for the second season of the Pineapple Jukebox Dance Show is no other than the fabulous Phlossy Roxx!

Phlossy is the blogger extraordinaire on MissPhloss.com and a Burlesque performer since 2006! She has brought her feisty pink brand of glittery rock'n roll to the stages of Caburlesque, Girlesque, Electric Salon, Lilly Loca’s Vaudeville Cabaret, Carousel Cabaret… She has been the Mc of the Ponsonby Burlesque review and is the producer of Queerlesque. And cherry on top, she has just been crowned Miss Ink Auckland!

Our talented and energetic Jukebox Queen has prepared for you her secret blend of tricks and treats and will be waiting for you to choose your songs. So don’t forget to book your tickets!!!

Yes our posters and flyers have been printed! Keep your eyes open, you might see lots of those in the next few weeks!! If you want to spread the word about the show, you can come pick up some of those at City Dance!

6 weeks to go!!!

Only 6 weeks until the Premiere of the second season of the Jukebox Dance Show. This is pretty exciting. We have a lot of news for you, but before we jump onto it, it is time for a little bit of updates of what’s happening backstage!

On the costume side Kat has designed brand new outfits for our French disco routine that should be ready pretty soon, keep an eye for group pictures! We also have finally received all the ribbons and rhinestones to upgrade our classic French Cancan outfit!

All the posters and flyers are now being printed and our promo video is looking promising. Nicolas has played with the Pineapple girl logo dressing her in different Jukebox outfits.

And of course all cast practices have officially started last week!!!
